Before the 1960's most of the pictures / paintings were of people working on dinner or clothing or some other facet of caring for themselves and their families.
After 1970 most of the pictures / paintings were of people being taken care of (hotel, restaurant, etc…) or some other facet of entertainment.
They nabbed our liberties when we let them start taking care of us and when we stopped working for the family and started working for entertainment.
We did it to ourselves just as much as they did it to us and until we accept that responsibility and take control of our own lives and start prioritizing our families instead of our own petty pursuits, they'll own us. If you need someone else to care for you then you don't deserve rights and that's their argument right now.
