I've been trying to catch up all evening. Is it possible that Q had anons report Rachel Chandler to test the FBI and DoJ offices nationwide? Q knowing that anons across the world/country would be calling in to their local offices, (and Q hears all, esp cell phones) now, has info on the local FBI offices and their reaction to how the tip is handled. Now Q can ferret out the compromised much easier.
