It is scurrilous to say the least but it could also have a basis in a scintilla of fact. In 1976 he was arrested for indecency but never charged. It was only after this that it was taken into account as at the time it had obviously been buried. This was long before the stories about the hookers and kids arose. Nonetheless it does show that he did have prior experience and should get a couple of rockets to the face.
