FEMA CAMPS & SMART GUILLOTINES

Okay, I feel foolish even posting a question like this. Conspiracy theories about FEMA internment camps and guillotines have been around at least since 2008. The latest round came out yesterday from the link below with a new twist – smart guillotines. Other than that, it seems like the same old recycled stories.

As a person who does NOT believe these looney conspiracy theories, but with a number of friends who buy into such things, I'd like to ask those with military experience if such a thing (purchase and delivery of 30,000 guillotines) is even feasible to keep under wraps without credible whistleblowers? The article certainly lacks any credibility. But then we've heard a lot of other hard-to-accept stories in the Q community.

So, who has the inside scoop and is willing to spill the beans?
