anon heard something terrible go down, anon has made anon TIP before of same/similar to bureau. anon was hoping that spot was now being watched. from what anon just heard, it was apparently not being watched closely enough(?). anon made another tip. but for very specific reasons (1 bad apple?/safety) do not think 9ll call is right/best move. can anons weigh in. this is an organized problem that should be taken on in an organized way; ie., not just a nonchalant check for noise disturbance.. copy?
