can read, but cannot THINK on their own. Literally if a book says jump off a cliff, would have to wonder how many would. Its possibly a safety net for them.. book learning instead of REAL WORLD knowledge. Safe as they can sit at a desk and do it. I am a contractor, it is about impossible to convince some of these types, architects are the worst, that real world isn't the black and white paper and ink world.
