Got news for you: factories started shifting to India several years ago. This has been spotted as a trend at least 5 years back that I'm aware, with companies starting to find new partners, invest in new factories in India, following the rising Chinese income projection. They raise salaries 10% per year minimum in China, its just not sustainable.

 

Not to mention, India has a much more western-centric business mindset than the Chinese. Its always, ALWAYS an uphill battle trying to get something done in China. The cultural mindset is the most difficult thing to address, and can never really be overcome.
