Iranian tanker update

The Iranian tanker FORTUNE has made port by this time (unless Team 2 did something jiggy with 'em). AIS isn't updating, so I'm dropping track on this vessel.

The FOREST is currently in the Carribean Sea off the northern Venezuelan coast. The AIS location shows her just passing Trinidad and Tobago, but that's an 8-hour old position. Extrapolating her course and speed (15kts) puts her about where the yellow dot is shown in the included cap, somewhere near the NE coast of Juan Griego Island.

Still no coastal AIS hits on PETUNIA, FAXON or CLAVEL. Based on the estimates in the Boatfag Analysis Report from 4 days ago, PETUNIA and/or FAXON should pop up on scope within the next 36 hours, possibly a little earlier than that.

On The Scope:

Mediterranean

Picked up the missing yacht AZZAM, which had been off scope for a while. It’s now in Port Vell, Barcelona Spain, along with a sizeable collection of other cabal yachts like DILBAR, SECRET, SYMPHONY and a few others on the list. Still nothing on the yachts belonging to the other two Al-Nahyan boyz.

Also, spotted the USNS SUPPLY north of Malta. It’s an old AIS hit, but worth the look. Note the “Restricted Maneuverability” description for her status. For military resupply ships, that means they are currently doing UNREP (Underway REPlenishment), providing fuel/supplies to other warships, so you know shooters are in the area.

Indian Ocean

Picked up New Zealand troublemaker Graeme Hart’s ULYSSES just south of Sri Lanka. Not certain, but judging by how close to shore the trace appears, looks like there was a port call.

Elsewhere

Noted a few Navy tracks off San Diego, Pearl and Norfolk, but that’s all. It’s quiet.
