However, just posted dozens of bandwdith-heavy memes in Memes57 with no problem, nearly instant refresh, then did a ton of Bw-heavy downloads, again no problem.
It's the refresh of this General thread that has a problem on both devices over here through 2 different network routes.
Last time we saw this symptom (May 22nd) CM indicated it was an attack.
