There really are people here with autism and people without it. Saying so is not an insult or 'dividing' people from each other, it is simply a fact.
Putting [growth] in brackets means, to me at least, that growth is targeted, but in a good way! And just like there are more people without autism in the world, there will, with more exposure and more people coming here, inevitably be more people here without autism, and thus the composition of the board changes. It was inevitable and obvious.
The only thing to do is to adapt to it. Humans are incredibly adaptable creatures so I have no concern about that. The board will be fine, the movement is growing worldwide every day, and that is a very, very good thing.
