Two of these "unspecified" tracks are only four hours old, the other two I would discount. Right there west of Grenada would be a good spot to sit and wait to escort an incoming tanker. Meanwhile ADAM JOESEPH is anchored in a great spot to act as a picket. The AIS may be off but I'm sure with a good pair of binoculars she would be able to see the names of ships coming in. Running with navigation lights off is an international no no during peacetime. The kicker is PETUNIA should be in today. If you shift over to Puerto Cabello and then west to El Palito there are two tankers there satellite only as well. Do we still have limpet mines in inventory?

Roger that. Not sure what the CG boat is out there for, she had just come back in yesterday. So far both FORTUNE and FOREST have come in from the east hugging the coast. Three more tankers to go
