Anyone else get on their PC, open email whatever and then within minutes get a phone callon their cell phone?

This happens to me often.

Today at around noon, the phone rang, I usually don't answer my cell, but I decided to just see who was calling from 213-807-3064

Immediatley, all I heard was fast talking Chinese.

Obviously, I have no idea what was being said, but on instinct, I just kept saying FU over and over in case someone was seeing how I responded, whomever was listening, then I hung up in.

Just a few minutes ago I thought about it and looked up the # and it is from Los Angeles, but nothing seems to connect to the # in search online ?

I redialed and the # has a recording in English saying I have reached a non-working #.

Then if you go to the search there are few links one takes me to a stand alone image that says:
