The reason it is bullshit is in the very first paragraph of their "Methods" section:
"Methods
We did a multinational registry analysis of the use of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine with or without a macrolide for treatment of COVID-19. The registry comprised data from 671 hospitals in six continents…."
A "multinational registry analysis" is NOT a study. It is a looking at data - unknown as to date, details of the 'registries' involved…pure, unscientific bullshit just looking at figures compiled and making assumptions but not including, apparently, any of the date from the numerous global studies showing more than anecdotal efficacy in the range from 92% to 96% - so many examples of great sauce for these figures have been posted by many anons over just the last month, notables full of them.
Guess the lancet is looking in the wrong place for real info…they need to check out QResearch.
