KEKEKEKEKEKEK!
I use to watch and believe, msnbc. I swear I remember mika saying her brother was a photographer/reporter.
He sure moved up in the world of influence. Almost as if he has filled daddy's shoes.
obstruction of what? this isn't the government.
And a good strong walk, Not a stroll.
One thing I would like to pass along I have learned just in the past 2 months.
I have had multiple surgeries, in the past 15 years. I am talking heavy duty rebuilds all over. I keep working back through recovery but it does get tough.
The last couple years have been the worst as age is added into the picture.
I have found that the more I engage muscles over my entire body, not just walking and calling it a day. Actual work and using all muscles, I have slowing become stronger and the pain is going away to almost all gone. AND, I can feel strong again. That is amazing to me.
I can now work for hours each day, in spurts but it totals hours. I sweat and sweating makes your body clear out toxins more efficiently. Afterwards I am rewarded with my own bodily manufactured drugs. The old runner's high.
If you haven't worked or worked out in years, you forget how good it feels. You find out what our bodies have been made to do.
Try it, all of you. It is the best lift to one's spirits and self-esteem.
Just why is he saluting? A normal citizen that didn't serve?
no. is there a law that says free speech in public is now against the law?
yes indeed. I thought I was just going to have to accept the limitations of the pain I was feeling.
But , and this is only in my case, the pain was enhanced by lack of muscle condition. It is a real physical pain . But, I couldn't see what the cause was.
It has been proven over and over again that physical activity does help the mental health as well.
Ben said back in the day
A healthy body makes for a healthy mind.
We all need to remember that.
my point is it isn't against the law which is what you were trying to imply.
Yes it does and so does the mind heal the body.
