Yeah fracture on side of her head, small fracture inside her skull and blood clot in the rear. The ME makes a HUGE and unjustifiable leap that this was “obviously” from passing out.
She was in such bad shape, police could not identify her from “several” photo ID cards. A very close friend required two crime scene photos before she could identify her.
