Search on this number finds only one hit, on Ebay rover. Seems pretty fishy, parts for the F-150 should be everywhere.

Search Fournier and find lots about Fournier's Gangrene, which attacks the taint and genital areas.

The drugs to watch for are Canagliflozin (Invokana, Invokamet, Invokamet XR), Dapagliflozin (Farxiga, Xigduo XR, Qtern), Empagliflozin (Jardiance, Glyxambi, Synjardy, Synjardy XR), and Ertugliflozin (Steglatro, Segluromet, Steglujan).
