Keep in mind that throughout this entire ordeal that state has continued to keep the lottery running. Heaven forbid you stop sales of scratch offs and daily lotto drawings. Something where people not only stand in a tiny store around a crowded counter, but are in contact with numerous items that could potentially have spread the virus. I'd love to see that Amendment in the Constitution which protects governments from exploiting their citizens with taxed vices during a time of crisis.
