The man applied pressure to another man's neck. The man passed out. At that point, if you couldn't do it before, you slap the restraints on. Then, if he's not breathing on his own, begin resuscitation. He continued to apply the pressure. Yeah ... I'd call that murder.

And, since the whole process takes, literally, minutes (DAMHIKT), I'd support premeditation.

I'm of the opinion that we are already at that point. How many losses must we take before the facts of the matter are established? It only took 4 planes on 9/11 to launch into a 20 year (and counting) war with people who, for the most part, had NO clue about (and no voice in) the events of that day.

Good. Ordinarily they permit them to resign and that just means they can get a job right away at another department.

"Fired" happens so seldom that it tosses a red flag on the field. And, of course, these guys might also be facing felony convictions.

Agreed. I didn't say that the planes were real. My wife knew one of the heroes of that day – an IT tech guy. He put out the fire on a burning man and carried him down a hella lot of floors. He passed the guy off to someone and kept walking to the JW headquarters in Brooklyn.

Something about this stinks. There is no advantage to changing parties unless for a PRIMARY election. And then, damned little except as retribution for what Washington state did to Republicans.

Perhaps we could use this to put more focus on the WA shenanigans?
