That post is at 9:44:23 (Eastern). It posts the vid, which was called POTUS Rolls On, and got attention last year when Rudy tweeted it.

Now look at the POTUS tweet at 11:01:26: "I just keep rolling along".

What makes this even more likely is that the anon who posted the meme vid was replying to this post:

And that is by the anon Q replied to in Q4320. Anon was complaining about being miserable and now apologizes.

So I suspect POTUS is signalling that they really are watching things closely and know what is up, no matter how frustrating it may be.
