You don't suppose that POTUS is privy to intelligence info that they did actually find Lori's damaged brain inside the refrigerator, do you?

That would be the smoking gun that she did indeed die from blunt force trauma.

And that her brain was switched for the autopsy report to show that she did not die from hitting her head (or somebody hitting her head).
