If it's the CDC who officially declares that you fucking give old people in nursing homes HCQ instead of giving them nothing and letting them die, Trump needs to tell the CDC that needs to happen immediately. If the CDC says NO, then the CDC gets fired, and the CDC gets replaced by people who say YES.
I read Governors declaring that there is no effective treatment. The President needs to do the thing that makes the Governors stop declaring that there is no effective treatment. The Governors are not giving HCQ to people in their states and people are dying because of that.
Whatever actions the President needs to take that make the Governors stop taking actions based on part on "no effective treatment" need to be taken. I don't know what exactly the President needs to do, exactly, to make HCQ _ Zinc the official good treatment for covid, but he needs to do it.
I don't get the impression that Trump really knows how to be President. I like what he says, but he doesn't actually DO ANYTHING.
It's been 2+ months since Trump first mentioned HCQ, and Governors are still writing their proclamations that "because no effective treatment, therefore contact tracing". Contract tracing is completely unacceptable, and it's based on "no effective treatment". Trump needs to put a compete and total stop to "no effective treatment" by taking official actions as President - more than tweets and speeches - to MAKE HCQ the official treatment.
