voting is broken. The government is run by an aristocratic set of people who do , at times, seem to be all about the doing of bad things to further themselves.

Also if you are out in a pond or lake sometimes you might see a school of fish rising, for example if flies are hovering near the water.

And if you make off handed comments, or do distructive behaviors, you might get a rise out of people.

And if you listen to inspirational radio at dawn they might say something like 'Rise up! Rise up! Jesus Loves you!' (a memory of childhood).

And every day the sun will rise.

it's in a place run by marxists, in a town that has leadership that profiteers off of 'dreamers' who bully everyone.

and yes, standing around filming seems laxidazical but . . . when officers are on duty and they have a guy . . . you better no 'do anything'.

So filming them was the only option.

My thought about it is that perhpas the film itself is a composited created video and the guy died some other way, but the video was composited to make it look like the officer callusly ignored the situation.
