Locations as well as I can label them with this image.

 

A,B,C and G look like they come from the same impact. C goes across the skull indicating severe blunt trauma to the right side of the skull. secondary E&F correspond with A&B when the brain hits the inside of the skull. D tertiary impact is not directly related to the other.

 

Positions appear, from physics speculation alone, not forensics, that she was hit on the right side of the head (B,A) causing a crack large enough to reach across the top of her skull (C) and even underneath (G) The brain impacted on the inside of the skull causing bruising on the left side (E&F) and then she fell backwards, causing another bruise on the back of her skull (D).
