Yes that was in Cleveland. It was horrifying. The guy (a black guy…..can't remember his name) went on the run and was caught in PA I believe, where he committed suicide before cops could get to him.
I recall he was rambling about an ex-gf, and how he was going to kill bc of her…
It was a very sad story here, as this was a father/grandfather just walking home from the store. I recall his daughters being on the local news a lot. But then the story died…
It was live streamed on FB, which got them in trouble for it, but I don't think it made them take away their live streaming service.
Of course it's all about the election…..and many people I know are seeing it too!
Unfortunately that pesky 4-6% persists, and they are persisting HARD.
