Top vaccine scientist says coronavirus is ‘almost perfectly

"The coronavirus that causes COVID-19 is “almost perfectly human adapted” — lending credence to the possibility it was man-made in a Chinese lab, a top Australian vaccine researcher says.

Nikolai Petrovsky was shocked when research found that the virus was more virulent in humans than any other animal, the Daily Mail reported.

He said it was like the new strain of coronavirus, called SARS-CoV-2, was “completely optimized from day one without the need to evolve” like other viruses.

“This is a new virus that has never been in humans before, but it has an extraordinarily high binding to human receptors, which is very surprising,” Petrovsky told the Mail. “It is almost perfectly human adapted, it couldn’t do any better.”"

Top Chinese scientist warns coronavirus is ‘just the tip of the

iceberg’

"A Chinese scientist who works at the top-secret Institute of Virology at Wuhan, China has broke cover and warned over future pandemics.

Professor Shi Zhengli who is a virologist and known as “bat woman” at the Wuhan institute warned that coronavirus is “just the tip of the iceberg.”

Shi who is the deputy director at the Wuhan lab, told Chinese state broadcaster CGTN, “If we want to prevent human beings from suffering from the next infectious disease outbreak, we must go in advance to learn of these unknown viruses carried by wild animals in nature and give early warnings.

“The unknown viruses we have discovered are actually just the tip of the iceberg.”

Shi who has worked with viruses for decades claims that coronavirus genetics does not match Covid-19, and the director for the institute also dismissed the link as “pure fabrication.”

There has been much controversy over the Wuhan lab who have denied the virus leaked from their institute and have blamed the wet market yards away as the source.

But February scientists Botao Xiao and Lei Xiao from South China University of Technology in Guangzhou said a scientist was attacked by a bat at the Wuhan lab.

They said that a member of staff was “once attacked by bats and the blood of a bat was shot on his skin.

“He knew the extreme danger of the infection, so he quarantined himself for 14 days.

“In another accident, he quarantined himself again because bats peed on him.”

Dr Anthony Fauci,the United States’ chief virologist, told National Geographic in May, “If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats and what’s out there now, the scientific evidence is very, very strongly leaning toward this could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated.”"
