the police power the state may invoke should not extend to vaccines, I strongly disagree with that ruling. quarantine, isolating sick people, mandatory evacuations etc… all involve the location of the individual and I see no reason that those measures wouldn't be adequate to protect public health
IF the EU says you cannot travel there without being vaccinated… well that is a choice, either be vaccinated or don't travel there.
I see no right of the state that should allow screwing with a persons genetics or immune system
