there was already a lot of talk of Cuomo taking Biden's place
a good GOP strategy would be to identify the Dem front-runners to replace Biden and investigate/charge them before the DNC can trot them out for November
By the time it's all said and done, the DNC will have to go with their 8th or 9th pick as all the others have been discredited.
