Do we have to? Then someone has to clean up the mess (gonna require platoons of hazmat teams, with all those STD's, and are the genetic mods contagious?)
It's 2018, I'm sure we have got to have some sort of disintegration/vaporisation weapon by now, I'd be down with that, as long as it hurts like hell….. :P
