These banned VPN nodes are becoming an existential threat to the board.

I understand blocking an IP for CP or threats or whatever. But the hey tough shit if it's a VPN is bullshit. Why? Because the violator gets blocked for the rest of the bread or his post limit on Captcha…but every other user of that VPN is locked off the node…forever .

I'm using on the biggest VPN providers in the world it very frequently takes me multiple attempts and node/country changes to get a post in. Each time I have redownload the bread and let the scripts run then try again. This sometimes happens up to six times before I find a good node. Tonight I was in Germany, then Switzerland, then Lithuania, and finally the Netherlands. My VPN hops around, so it's just a matter of time and I'll be blocked again. And the party starts over.

I don't know how many have just given up, but I'm sure it's a lot. I'm reaching my wits end. This is not a new problem and anyone on here using a VPN suffers with it. And no one doing anything remotely sensitive is on here without a VPN.

PLEASE UNBLOCK THE VPN NODES

You're punishing the good guys permanently and the bad guys for a moment. That's wrong.

p.s. In the time it took to type this the node changed to another bad one…it was blocked bc of some Freddy style redcap N bombing…so now I'm trying from Estonia.…that failed too…now from Iceland…no good…now Portugal. Get the point?
