Find a title NO ONE would find interesting… cut a rough rectangle out of the pages (1" from edge). Mix some wood glue with just enough water to allow just a bit of soaking, and apply to to the inner edge. Allow to dry overnight, and then shape and trim the raw edges.
Pick a book 2" bigger than the dimensions of the gun, and a bit thicker.
