Thank you very much baker for the tasty morning bread. Better than tits, a fresh mini dig for you.

A mini dig on states voting by mail

From an April 2020 article in The Atlantic:

https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2020/04/voting-mail-2020-race-between-biden-and-trump/609799/

Washington

Oregon

Colorado

Utah* Voted for POTUS 2016 - 6 electoral votes

Hawaii (new this year)

California (new since article)

Six states have vote by mail for the state. Only Utah gave its 6 electoral votes to POTUS in that race. Given POTUS generous total in 2016, those six aren't cause for hysteria, especially if one considered other states that were D in 2016 could flip R 2020.

Also:

28 states have “no excuse or no fault mail balloting”

17 state use “ballot only for cause” standard

Only Oregon has a D Senator running. Colorado has a R senator running, so that could be a loss.

Washington, Colorado, Utah, and Hawaii have no senate races.

Initial conclusion

Mail in ballots sound scary, but for now, the practice is not a hill to die on. Look to see if those squawking for the practice already represent one of the six states, and then plug your ears. Like most "news" these days, it's ain't.

Sorry to be "that" anon, but has anyone else noticed chart fuckery when viewing investment accounts?

Vanguard today has decided muted the recovery from this latest downturn by 10% or so. The numbers simply do not match their simple charts.

Yahoo can't be trusted for charting for at least a year now.

Would very much like to know if others see the same.

Misrepresenting the recovery by looking at a chart keeps investors demoralized. Think that's the point?
