We're all here because there is a MASSIVE network of evil that has remained in control of our federal gov't, many state and local governments, the judicial system, law enforcement, the media, the universities, the education system, Hollywood, etc… The rogue intelligence cells are extensive, and off the books. This means that the covert ops wing of the CIA responsible for so much fuckery has its own revenue streams and answers to people outside of government, in addition to the corrupt chain-of-command.
This thing is so massive that to expect anything other than YEARS and YEARS, if not decades of clean up is pure folly. Arresting people does absolutely nothing if they can escape on a technicality. And to get the higher ups, you have to start at the bottom. This is an operation like never before, and every step of the way, sleepers emerge, ammunition expended…it's a WAR. This is why they HAVE to be concerned with optics and elections, like it or not.
A legal misstep can result in a whole line of inquiry being closed off. The amount of evidence they need to gather to take out a network like this is unimaginable.
This is why Q has stated in so many ways, if you think they can, in the words of Denzell Washington in Training Day, simply roll up in the black and whites, slap the cuffs on and say "you're under arrest" then you don't belong here.
The federal government has been so corrupt for so long that to expose it all at once would mean civil unrest. And not only do they have to take down the bad actors…they have to simultaneously fight the common perception that those bad actors are really the good guys.
