Appear weak when you are strong maybe
You could probably cripple a state just by a majority of the workforce not showing up until the all mask requirement is dropped.
Everybody just stay home for a couple days or a week. Especially the "essentials". Even the staunchest of Democrats will begin to see the light. Maybe.
