Looking at the Red Bus pic in the London series, there appears to be a man who is in very similar clothing as the man in the WW pics. Red cap, black coat, tan trousers, dark shoes/boots. That imagery, at least, links the two scenes – if only in a superficial or decoy way?

You may have caught something there. That particular vid did not make it into the composite 2015 vid presented here. But if it is 2014 instead, then, it can be dropped from the list of sauces that would corroborate the other content of the composite vid. Nonetheless, as will be seen in upcoming material, the 2014 season can also be eliminated as a match for the Q pics. For example, the sign on the Wilde Mause includes the XXL and does not match the Winter Wonderland board that is in Q's pic in front of that ride.
Here is a vid from a different angle and it shows the Wilde Maus ride (with the XXL sign) next to the new (at the time) Airwolf ride at Winter Wonderland 2015/2016.
At the edge of the park. Pedestrian area in front of the rides do not match the Q Pic. No double decker carousel nearby.
In the composite vid presented here there's a clip near the end that shows a continuous view from front of Wilde Maus to the Double Decker Carousel. When the shot reached the carousel, the Giant Observation Wheel is captured in the far background.
In the sauce vid for that shot there is a previous instance of a continuous approach from the other side and so the Wheel is behind the camera, in the distance, and Wilde Maus is in the distance behind the Carousel.

They're working at the junction of Northumberland and Embankment (and along the length of the Thames River) and given the nature of their project(s) they'd be great experts on the tides in that particular location. Predictions, yes, but possibly a resource nonetheless. Activities at that time would have relied on predictions of Tides and, working backwards, those activities can indicate means by which to date events based on the pictorial evidence. For example, the fireworks display at The Eye on even of the New Year is dependent on anchored barges to a great extent. Then there's the towing of the TATT which would depend on getting under the bridges safely during lower tides. Likewise with unmooring her and the necessary prep during the 1-15 JAN timeframe of that project. The Tide Ways project was supposed to begin in 2012 but was delayed, so, they'd have had predictions for 2013, and later for 2014, and so forth. Reliable enough to govern those expensive projects, mind.
