Question for Q and decoders:

When decoding comms - If you’re winding the clock from timestamps every 1200 to seek out drops, you can only end up with drops between :00 and :59.

How can Q drops that end in 60-99 to be factored if they don’t fall “on the clock”…

Possible guesses:

00-59 are set to be decoded and 60-99 are just informational…(prob not)

Have we not unlocked the full clock yet?

What clock should we use? Clockfag clock or 🕛?
