Here’s the issue. Not just Mpls. It bleeds outward to the suburbs. More tax dollars spent on esl and free lunches. Schools suffer. Parents pull their kids out. Schools close. Neighborhoods go downhill as housing values tumble. What I’m saying is the truth and it’s very sad.
