4.. Is there a pattern in the states that are choosing to enact murderous nursing home policies related to Covid-19? New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada. What do these states have in common?

 

  1. Who is directly responsible for the overwhelming # of nursing home deaths in these states and how can they be held accountable? What accountability options do we have outside of the ballot box?

"There is no one else responsible for this decision.” Will Governor Cuomo take responsibility for the # of deaths NY has seen in nursing homes? Can the Justice Department intervene on behalf of the victims of what appears to be politically-motivated criminal negligence, manslaughter, or even pre-meditated murder? Why was Cuomo's nursing home policy scrubbed from his website? Is this evidence of an effort to cover up his crime?

If covid-19 cases are decline, states are reopening in a phased process outlined by data-driven CDC guidelines, if it is safe NOW at the end of May, for restaurants and other public places to be reopened as long as people follow social-distancing guidelines, why wouldn't it be safe for them to vote, 5 months ago? If grocery stores and other essential businesses are safe, why wouldn't election polling centers be safe? Are they not considered "essential"?
