Don't forget how one of their "Orders" was that WE the People were not allowed to travel from residence to residence, nor were we allowed to visit with our loved ones who were in these nursing homes. So, there was no opportunity for outside accountability. Which makes these murders both cold-blooded and CALCULATED (premeditated).
