Just thinking out loud. It doesn't take much digging to realize the nursing home industry is corrupt as hell. I've thought nursing homes could be an easy way to launder money. Keep dead people alive by saying they live in nursing homes, the nursing home gets paid by the government to house the dead person, the bad guys split up the windfall. Not to mention it's a great place to bundle dead voters. Could it be these nursing homes and states sacrificed some of their fake residents in order to inflate death numbers but in reality nobody actually died?
