I'm a user of public transportation; have been for 25 years. Lived in several cities around the country. I'm happy to see POTUS putting money towards better public transpo. Much of it will be misused, prol.
But this is another thing DJT is doing to steal joe's thunder. Biden was always about trains.
We need better rails too. But you also have to stablize and make the local transit systems safer. Intermodal is the wave of the future. This is interdasting that POTUS is thinking about this.
Makes me really interested in what else he has "planned" for the future.
I just watched "Atlas Shrugged" the other night. Read it years ago. Trains big in that. But eventually they went down too. Without infrastructure, we're dead in the water whatever.
