Either MIn Police are a complete joke or it is a deep fake.
This Min feed is not real IMO - yes they use some of the correct terms and mix it up - but addresses always used not names of businesses until at least after address and no commander ever asks for ideas.
If you are in charge you don't ask your followers for ideas you call your boss.
And if this broadcast is actually true once it is dark then the city will be in flames you will be able to see from orbit.
