A copy of the page saved by the Internet archive Wayback Machine, however, shows that Cuomo's order stated: "No resident shall be denied readmission or admission to the NH [nursing home] solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. NHs [Nursing homes] are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission."

Will this finally be a reckoning with Bill Clinton?
Of all the scandals Bill has survived, his longtime association with a known pedophile — and an alleged affair with that pedophile’s right-hand woman — should not be one of them.
On Wednesday, Netflix began streaming “Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich,” a scathing documentary about the late millionaire pedophile, one with whom Bill Clinton had undeniable links.
Simultaneously, a bombshell excerpt from the new book “A Convenient Death: The Mysterious Demise of Jeffrey Epstein,” by Alana Goodman and Daniel Halper — exclusive to The Post — alleges that Clinton and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s alleged longtime pimp, carried on an affair.
Maxwell, now in hiding, has been credibly accused of constantly procuring underage girls for Epstein — some as young as 14 years old. She has also been credibly accused of grooming them, teaching them what Epstein preferred sexually, and of sometimes participating in these assaults.
“[Bill’s] stupid but not an idiot,” a source told Goodman and Halper. “That’s why he was around Epstein — to be with [Ghislaine].”
Remember the height of Clinton’s impeachment crisis, in 1998, when he suddenly decided to bomb Sudan and Afghanistan as Monica Lewinsky was testifying before a grand jury? The timing so suspicious, the attacks so unexpected, that even the left-leaning press corps asked about it?
If this alleged affair was, in fact, leaked by Clinton through his team — and his nickname wasn’t Slick Willie for nothing — it would be the ultimate Wag the Dog play. Only in Clintonworld would this story make things better: Sure, Bill hung around with a known pedophile, flew several times on Epstein’s private plane (known to all as “The Lolita Express”) and allegedly visited Epstein’s private island, known alternately as “Pedophile Island” and “Orgy Island,” but it was all for love with an appropriately-aged woman — just not his wife.
