Shortly after those posts word came out that the Marines entered Langley. Frankly I think they just buzzed Langley (CIA HQ) as a warning.
Not sure if related but seems like code & I recall someone recently tying it to a Twitter post regarding 800 troops. I think it was a US Military Twitter account but can't recall.
Maybe another anon has a better memory.
