Not saying this isn't a FF.

But, I'm thinking that badges on vests are different from the badges worn on shirts. They can't very well put their badges that are pinned on, onto their vests, so they have different badges, maybe sewn on, on their vests. That's why they look and are different.

I saw those posts. I don't doubt what anon said about the actions of the emt. That's not what I'm talking about. Just offering why the "badges" look different. On a vest, it's a patch, on a shirt, a badge.
