The system did train a cop to use a tactic that caused a death. That being said, the riots are a result of some outrage at the unfortunate loss of George Floyd that is being capitalized on by professional resistance organizations.
So yeah, the system is involved but not responsible for how things have escalated across the nation. Sometimes things are shades of grey and not black and white.

I watched some of Unicorn Riot's feed. He is clearly a friend of those who appear to be professional resistance. That may explain his "prediction". Or was it actually a known goal?
