Observations:
Pay attention to the SUV behind the Mercedes. It sits there a while (before police arrive); there is a display going on and off inside the car.
It does a u-turn in the middle of the street and parks on the other side of the street. A woman walks to passenger side of that vehicle. Another young man is standing on the corner filming with cellphone.
Question: Was the person in the SUV filming BEFORE event started. Others across the street?
There is also an additional car that drives by and does a U-turn as well. 2 ppl walk into Cup Foods.
