Don't worry, another 2 or 3 days of this and there won't be any businesses left standing to open in that city. I am guessing most of those places will not rebuild and re-open they are just gone.

IF you were a business owner that has been losing your shirt the last 3 months due to corona lockdown what a great way to at least break even. Looters burn your building down, you get the insurance money and wash your hands of the whole matter and buy a nice house elsewhere.
