Agreed. Trump isn't stating that the NG will start shooting, he is stating plainly the order of events that might occur: Looting leads to shooting.

Anyone old enough to remember LA riots should be aware of that. It's the same fucking playbook:

Bad cop/CIA kills black person >

Media sensationalizes it >

Trained sheep start riots >

Dregs of society start looting >

Dregs get emboldened and start killing each other
