They were having a fire sale with our country. Mop up all the liquidity by rigging the economy through monopolies and spying backdoors, allow the inventory to walk out the back door to be sold on the black market (even though half the inventory was worthless, Chinese shit), then when they have us leveraged they use our political system to force austerity (economic servitude) and move on to their next base.
