I think Twitter, FB, and Goog are irredeemable, knowing their foundation is DARPA/C_A.

Perhaps The Plan involves them being utterly destroyed and actual free platforms organically evolving to replace them. The free market of ideas will choose where to manifest once the playing field is leveled, I think.
